Timmy Cooke: A Cannibal Love Story

READ THE FIRST 10 PAGES

TIMMY COOKE: A CANNIBAL LOVE STORY is a horror/dark comedy with a number of story twists, constant one-liners, and an incredibly satisfying ending.  It is the intertwining of several characters with only one finger planted on the fringe of societal normalcy, and one young man viewing them from a different playing field altogether.

At age six, Crestside Elementary School student Timmy Cooke was reported as the victim of a fatal accident.  His playpal, Rebecca Rose, never forgot him.  As she approaches high school graduation, she learns that Timmy Cooke is alive and well. However, Dale and Tess Cooke, his concerned parents, staged Timmy‘s accident for the purpose of removing him from society.

If a child can only eat and digest one food item, that food item must be provided.  In Timmy‘s case, that food item is human meat. So Dale and Tess do the best that any parents could ever do – they provide his meals – regardless of the risk. To them, it is clear that being a good parent is not strictly synonymous with being a good person.

Rebecca’s investigation into Timmy’s circumstances uncovers multiple murderous secrets, and racks up a body count that the town of Crestside has never seen before.

This dark story focuses on the parent/child bond, the grey areas of morality, and the concept of soulmates. It is a must read for all lovers of romance and people eating.
